The product this supplier installed lasted for 14 months. Investigation revealed Damp damage which is not covered by the waranty. I HAD TO INFORM THE SUPPLIER THAT THE PRODUCT HE INSTALLED IS NOT SUITABLE FOR COASTAL AREAS. When the device came back from repair the supplier could simply NOT GET THE CONFIGURATION RIGHT (trying for over 12 weeks) which means the device is not working properly or…… (you can fill the blanks. Currently I am sitting with a system that does not charge my baterry using solar power. It only charges using Escom. I was then threatened and blackmailed that if I do not pay his account , he will switch off my inverter. I have asked him to come to my house to sort this out but he point blank refuse. I have also as a sign of good faith paid his labour on this job. I can back this up with recorded telephone conversations as well as whatsapp chats. He still expects me to pay repair cost for a faulty device. He is even now threating me with letters from attorneys. Would I use this company again – that is a hard NO. Would I recommend this comany to anybody else – again a solid and hard NO.
